CAUTION: Random Post Ahead

I feel like I haven't posted a project or tutorial in forever on here! While we were waiting for our house to sell, I wasn't really in the mood for decorating or crafting. Now that we have {mostly} settled in to the new place, I hope to have a couple of fun things to share with you soon.
For quite a while, I have been on the lookout for a church pew like this one...

...and a couple weeks ago, I was graciously given a gorgeous bench by my friend, Mary! Here's a sneak peak that I posted on instagram:

Jeff and I tuned it up a little on Sunday and the only thing it needs now is some throw pillows. I am thrilled with how it turned out. 
This past week, I've been doing some crazy things like....

...soaking drop cloths in bleach water {my tub is squeaky clean!}...
...and digging this out of the backyard...

You'll have to wait and see the "after"...the transformation is already underway. {speaking of the backyard...I'm trying to befriend a bunny...any tips? Do carrots really entice bunnies? I have no idea.}
...and running in the Glow Run 5K with this guy...

It was crazy fun! 
We ran with our friend, Stacey as well {She just had a precious baby girl 6 months ago...doesn't she look great??? I hope I'm running that soon again after I have a babyboo!} 

There is something goofy going on with my "real" camera, so all the pictures are courtesy of my trusty iphone {hence all the blurriness and graininess}.
I've had enough crazy for a while. I'm ready to chill, but I will have a wait a few more days for that. We close on our house at the end of this week. Prayers would be appreciated!
