{alt title "To What I Am Looking Forward" but that just sounds weird}
First of all, this is the first time in over a week that I am sitting down to an actual computer. My laptop bit the dust a long time ago and the only other computer in the house is Jeff's work laptop. Which he obviously uses for work, and he is out of town a lot. This makes blogging very difficult. {darn first world problems!}
Secondly, while we enjoyed a beautiful autumn day here in Oklahoma, my in-laws and friends out east are going through hurricane Sandy. We have been keeping everyone in our prayers and will continue to pray as the storm's affects will be felt throughout tonight and tomorrow {last I heard}.
Thirdly, I am realllly getting tired of the influx of the spam comments I've been getting lately. So, I am no longer going to allow anonymous commenters. If you are an anonymous commenter who is not trying to spam me, then I apologize for the inconvenience. Setting up a blogger account is super easy and will only take a few moments of your time {you do not have to have a blog}. Fellow bloggers, please let me know if you know of a better solution!
I don't know about you, but I'm trying to start to mentally gear up for the holiday season. Halloween always sneaks up on me {no pun intended}.

Inspired by Bridget over at It's A Hunt Life, I am writing down the things I am looking forward to this Holiday season.
*Halloween - only because it's between now and Thanksgiving. I am the Grinch of Halloween. I will probably be at home with all the lights off pretending NOT to be there. I do like scaring people though {evil laugh} and I do like dressing up for a party. I found this door sign on 11 Magnolia Lane and I think I will have it out from the get-go.
*Coordinating my first wedding ever this weekend! Woot! {kinda nervous...not going to lie!}
*Thanksgiving in New Jersey. After 3 years of marriage, I am finally meeting the rest of the in-laws.
*Buying & wrapping Chrstimas gifts for the boys at the Tulsa Boys' Home {Junior Women's Association}. If you would like to sponsor a boy for Christmas, let me know! A lot of these boys have never received a Christmas gift!
