How Did We Get HERE???

A little bit of background.....

In the middle of this past December (2010), my husband (Jeffrey) and I packed up our one bedroom, one bath, 400 square foot apartment, shoved everything into an 5X8 trailer and waved goodbye to our college-town home and many friends in North Eastern Wisconsin.  We were on our way to Tulsa, Oklahoma and we had just begun our greatest adventure together as a married couple. 
 
Many people have asked us in the few short months we have been here why we up and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. The easiest answer I can give to that question is this: 1) we prayed fervently over the decision and we had a sincere peace about the move,  2) we have great friends here, and 3) because we could. 

Someday, we would love to start a Christian youth camp in this area. I don't know when or if this will happen or not, but youth and camp ministry are our passions and we hope that we get to participate in that in the future. But as for now, we  are enjoying living here. The weather is a little unpredictable, but otherwise life is good!
