I had such a blast at the Josh Groban concert on Friday! After work, we quickly changed, grabbed some dinner at Quik Trip, and made our way to the BOK Center in Tulsa.
The Bank of Oklahoma Center
We had great seats!
I went with 3 of my co-workers (they are my friends, too of course!). This is me and Angie. Her favorite song is February Song and that was the 2nd song that Josh sang that night. She was happy.
From left to right: Me, Sara, and Holly.
This is us being crazy while we waited for the concert to start. We got there an hour early, so we were getting bored.
Eric Lewis "ELEW" was the opening act for Josh. He was very good, and...unique. He plays "rock jazz". If you want to hear some of ELEW's music, click here for his homepage. His stuff is definitely different. I think this picture captures a little bit of that.
He came through the back and started the concert on the back stage. His first song was Changing Colors.
February Song
He came and talked to a lady sitting in the row right in front of us.
The set was very cool. I only wished that they had a live choir.
If you haven't noticed already, I really enjoyed the concert! Josh is a great musician and he is quite funny too. I would totally go again!
Here is a list of all the songs that he sang (I think!):
