My Weekend Find

Jeff and I went antiquing in a neighboring town this afternoon and I came home with this:



It's an old window! I took this picture with my phone, so the quality isn't fantastic or anything.

The window needs some cleaning up for sure...I'm debating on whether or not to completely strip it down and repaint it. I know it's supposed to look weathered and all, but it looks a little rough right now ("under the weather" if you will).


I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the glass yet. I might turn it into a picture frame or age the glass even more (I found a really cool 'how-to' article on antiquing glass a few weeks ago...I need to dig that article up again).

I'll be checking out some of my favorite blogs for some super cute ideas on what to do with this window.

There were so many fun pieces of furniture that we saw today! It was hard not to come home with a car full of treasures.
